Presidential Palace, Kabul –  H.E. Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, wishes all NATO, Coalition and ISAF soldiers serving in Afghanistan a happy New Year.

On behalf of the Afghan people, the President thanks them and is grateful for their assistance in providing security and recontruction.
