President Karzai Is Saddened by the Death of Sheikh Jaber, the Emir of Kuwait

Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is saddened by the death of Sheikh Jaber, the Emir of Kuwait and, on behalf of the people of Afghanistan, expressed his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the people and Government of Kuwait and Kuwait's royal family. The President mentioned about Sheikh Jaber's assistance to the people of Afghanistan during the years of Jihad and called him a friend of the people of Afghanistan.
