H.E. Jose Turpin, the newly appointed Ambassador of Spain to Afghanistan, presented his credentials to President Karzai, during an official ceremony in the Gulkhana Palace, on Monday, July 24, 2006.

Following the ceremony, the President discussed bilateral relations and other issues of mutual interest with H.E. Jose Turpin.
