Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, expressed his regret at the plane crash in Armenia, killing 113 people on board According to reports, a plane flying from Yerevan, Armenia, to the southern Russian city of Sochi has crashed into the Black Sea, killing all 113 people on board. The President, on behalf of the people of Afghanistan, expressed his heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims and to the people and Government of Armenia.
