President Karzai Congratulates President Rakhmanov 

On November 07, President Karzai called Imamali Rakhmanov, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and congratulated him on his successful re-election as president.

President Karzai wished President Rakhmanov further success in serving the people of Tajikistan and emphasized the strengthening of bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

President Rakhmanov thanked President Karzai for his message of goodwill and wished success and prosperity for the people of Afghanistan.
