President Hamid Karzai Meets Head and Members of the Regional Peace and Prosperity Jirga Preparation Commission

Pir Sayed Ahmad Gilani, Head of the RPPJP Commission, presented a detailed progress report to the President on the preparations for the peace and prosperity Jirga between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The commission members expressed their views and suggestions to the President about the peace and prosperity Jirga. The President called their work satisfactory and urged them to spare no effort in making the Jirga a success. |
