The Advisor Ministers Meeting presided over by H.E President Karzai was held in Gulkhana Presidential Palace on Tuesday August 1, 2006.

Issues concerning administrative corruption in the state institutions and government response to the provinces affected by natural disasters were discussed.

It was decided in the meeting that the advisors and advisor ministers need to travel to the provinces affected by drought and other natural phenomena and find out people’s basic needs, and to supervise whether the emergency aid provided by the government reaches the needy.
