Due to the President's security, we ask that you do not send packages, personal items or perishable goods as gifts for the President.  These items may become damaged or destroyed and cannot be returned.

Please note: Due to the overwhelming number of letters and e-mails the President receives on a daily basis, we are unable to guarantee a personal response to every contact.  Your views are important to the President, however, and we therefore encourage you to communicate with the President.

Unfortunately, the President cannot respond to requests for photographs, signatures, or personal gifts.
