President Karzai Meets with Italian Defense Minister

President Karzai Meets Pakistan Foreign Minister

pkPresident Hamid Karzai met in Gulkhana Palace on Friday with Pakistan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

President Karzai Meets with Canadian Parliamentary Delegation

May 25, 2008

President Hamid Karzai met this afternoon in the Palace with a delegation of Canadian MPs from the House of Commons. The delegation, led by Conservative MP Rick Casson also included representatives from all the parties. 

Matters of discussion between the two sides were the up coming Paris Conference, Canada’s role in fighting drugs and ensuring security and economic development in southern parts of Afghanistan. [Read Full story]
