President Karzai congratulates President Obama for winning Nobel Peace Prize

Kabul, Arg. H.E. President Hamid Karzai congratulated President Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday saying, "We congratulate, wholeheartedly, President Obama on the award of the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize.  We recognize and commend President Obama's vision and leadership with a hope that peace and normalcy will return to Afghanistan and our region. "
The Norwegian Nobel Committee awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to President Barack Obama on Friday for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples and promote nuclear disarmament.
